ICRPC HELD 2025 CONVOCATION AND DINNER/AWARDS CEREMONY

The Institute for Crisis Resolution, Peacebuilding And Conciliation (ICRPC) in collaboration with Liberal Bilingual University - Institute of Togo (IBLT) held her 2025 convocation ceremony on Saturday 5th April, 2025 at ACCMP Training Center, Dutse Junction, Abuja. The convocation was preceded by training with the theme: MULTI-TRACK DIPLOMACY AND RECONCILIATION IN A FRAGMENTED WORLD anchored by Dr Emmanuel Achus Jah (Dept. of Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, Nigerian Army University, Biu.

How to be a Mediator, measure steps to adopt. Reasons why some crisis are unavoidable and how a mediator can initiate diplomacy in conflict resolution.

The Institute of Crisis Resolution, Peacebuilding and Conciliation (ICRPC) in collaboration with (IBLT) having its 13th edition Recorded a number of 287 Fellows , 81 full Members ,31 senior fellows , 35 Associate members , 30 graduate members , 2 Doctorial fellows, 1 distinguished fellow .

Among other Governing Council members present is Prof. Peniel Amani Danjuma who before Convocation proper and certificate presentation gave a keynote address , reminding the inductees of reasons why Conflict Resolution is paramount in the society we are in today. He further encouraged all the aspiring practitioners to not pay attention to how big the conflict is but how capable they are from within.

 In his words; Do not just focus on what you see or the conflict in the society, conflict resolution starts from within, sometimes your inner mind battle with one another in terms of decision making, it is important to settle the conflict from within only then can one be certain of being a mediator, one cannot give that which he does not have.
